If you have a genetic sensitivity to lactose, gluten, salt, caffeine or alcohol we will ensure your weight loss meal plan avoids foods that may impact you.

We also provide tips and insights throughout the meal plan on different aspects of your DNA and how they can support your weight loss.

Each meal comes with nutrition facts, so you know how many calories and key nutrients the meal contains. We currently report on:

Print-friendly PDFs and grocery list

You can access your meal plan on the ClickFit website or in a neatly formatted PDF which you can print and keep handy in the kitchen. Both the website meal plan and the PDF include a grocery list for when you go shopping.
